Terms & Cancellation Policy

Discovery Call

These terms apply to your booking of a Discovery Call (the "Session") with Navaneetha Kumar ("I", "me") via navaneethakumar.com. By completing payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. What you're booking

The Session is a 45-minute, one-on-one video or phone call, priced at $300, focused on your specific situation, strategy, technology, or fundraising questions. Payment confirms your reservation; you will schedule the exact time yourself via the calendar link shown after payment.

This is advisory conversation based on personal experience, it is not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice, and no ongoing advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by booking a single Session.

2. Payment

Payment is processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. I do not receive, see, or store your card, UPI, or bank details, Razorpay handles this directly and securely.

3. Scheduling

After payment, you'll be shown a calendar link to pick a time directly. You are responsible for selecting and attending the scheduled slot. If you do not receive the calendar link or hit an error after paying, email hello@navaneethakumar.com with your payment confirmation and I will send it manually.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your Session once, free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the originally booked time. Reschedule requests inside the 24-hour window will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 48 hours before the scheduled call: full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@navaneethakumar.com to cancel.
Between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund, or a free reschedule (your choice).
Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: non-refundable. Preparing for a Session takes real time on my end, and a late cancellation or no-show occupies a slot another client could have used.
If I need to cancel or reschedule (illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict on my end): you will always be offered a free reschedule or a full refund, your choice, regardless of notice period.

To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@navaneethakumar.com with your payment reference (visible in your Razorpay confirmation) and your scheduled time. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Confidentiality

Anything you share during the Session is treated as confidential and won't be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

The Session offers perspective and frameworks based on personal experience. It does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or strategic outcome. Decisions made based on the conversation are made at your own discretion and risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this booking are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
